GURIS Holding A.S. And Ankara Group Companies (“the Data Controller”) may use all my personal data stated in this Job Application Form (full name, date of birth, telephone number, address and e-mail address etc.) so as to maintain Human Resources processes, to contact me or for statistical purposes. The Data Controller and may archive this data for 1 year, if I am not employed. In case I am employed, the Data Controller may archive this data during my employment and 10 years following the date of my dismissal, I hereby agree, declare and undertake that I have read and have been informed by the Data Controller related to the Clarification Text for Personal Data Protection and Processing of GURIS Holding A.S. and Ankara Group Companies (“the GURIS Ankara Group companies”) and my rights, and that I have given my consent to the collection, recording, processing and international transfer and storage of my personal data, including my sensitive personal data, by the Data Controller and/or its business partners in accordance with the principles and procedures under the Law no. 6698 on Personal Data Protection
